Chef Kane’s Bio

BIO /BIRTH OF PHASE 1

Chef Kane began his pursuit of the health industry back in 2010 but his curiosities of the development of the human body grasped his attention at the young age of 10 . His father would bring home old bodybuilding magazines which started as a small interest quickly developed in him attempting to be the strongest in everything he did . This only benefited his athletic career in youth ,high school and collegiate sports .
The Chef was a standout football player in the Baltimore Metro Area And also receiving honors at the state level as well . Achieving All-Metro Award honors as well as All-City All County honors in 2001-2002 . Next going on to Junior college at Montgomery college Rockville in attempt to pass academic requirements needed to be cleared by the NCAA clearing house . The Chef went on to achieve All-American Honorable mention at the Strong safety position as a freshman . Due to several complications with academic placing ,Chef decided to try to enter the Professional rankings through scouting combines and tryouts . While also creating more footage at the semi-pro level . After excelling at this level for several years ,the chef suffered a devastating knee injury tearing his ACL/MCL in a playoff game that his team was ahead in 14-0 .Chef would make a complete recovery but wouldn’t have the same explosiveness ,power and speed he once had before the injury .
So coming to the conclusion that this was the end of his playing career . The Chef decided to obtain his certifications in personal training ,Nutrition and performance enhancement specialties .
During his knee injury recovery he grasped and understanding of what is needed to take care of the body . He also had a understanding on how to allow recovery of the body after a devastating injury like he had .
So after (5) years in the industry had gone past , he noticed that after all these weights he had been lifting and protein shakes he had been taking along with tons of meat to maintain muscle . At least thats what he thought at the time . He noticed he had not been taking care of his health .Only trying to achieve a look to be impressive in the gym and on the playing field . But what about your family ? What about your son ? Will you be around long enough to enjoy them living the lifestyle you are living ? The answer was absolutely not . This was during the time when his doctor determined that he was pre-diabetic. He was technically obese at 6’0 288 lbs . He was also starting to notice he would get out of breath extremely quick . So some health changes needed to be made but even with his studies in nutrition he saw that this was easier said then done . His diet shifted from mostly meats to 80% greens and plants and 10% fish 10% Grains and beans . Chef is now complete alkaline vegan but he understands the necessity to work in steps . He would quickly drop 88 lbs in just 6 months of his transformation journey . He felt amazing and he didn’t have to starve himself , it was just removing certain foods from the diet to get him down to a comfortable and healthy weight .
